However, many domestic manufacturers have not paid due attention to this, have neither professional measuring personnel nor necessary testing equipment, and often make rough estimates based on the appearance and intuition of the feed. Nowadays, the hardness of pellet feed can be directly detected by the feed hardness tester, which makes feed quality detection more scientific and standardized.
1. When using a hardness tester to measure the hardness of feed and grain, place the pelleted feed radially on the fixture.
2. When the working button is continuously pressed, the tension of the spring is gradually increased by the lead screw until the pellet feed is crushed. 3. The maximum pressure when the particle is crushed can be transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer through the sensor, and the single-chip microcomputer will display its hardness value after conversion, which is the hardness of the particle, and the unit is kg.
4. From the feed pellet sample, randomly select 10 pellets and measure them according to the above method. The average value of the hardness value is the particle hardness of the sample.
5. Generally measure twice, and compare whether the results of the two measurements are consistent.
